Step 1. Create folder named twitter bot with another folder inside called images
Step 2. Place twitterbot.py inside of it
Step 3. Replace CONSUMER_KEY, CONSUMER_SECRET, ACCESS_KEY, ACCESS_SECRET with your own secrets, found from twitter developer page.

use e621 db dumps to create your own e621 api server without needing to be ratelimited for too much scraping (this is a very specific use case i promise i am useful to society)
