* Add method to get decky user home
* Add shortcut options modal
* Split newShortcut to insert custom file codepath
* Integrate file picker a bit better into the rest
* switch to global DFL, better compat tool support, fix shortcut parameters being overwritten
* Actually move DFL to devDependencies
