Self-service bridging and related work.
This will also have to handle permissions properly because the bridge bot will not own permissions in self-service rooms.
Since self-service bridging means larger communities with formal setups will try to use it, I also need to consider private and read-only channels here.
Moderation across the bridge can probably wait until the release after.
