Maybe a command? It's not good enough to put room links in channel descriptions, because anybody who joins can't get to the space.

Room IDs are not joinable, this will require ?via. Preferably a #alias, but there's no guarantee an alias exists...

/invite could be sufficient, though perhaps poorly named. It wouldn't let somebody create a shareable matrix.to link to e.g. put on their community's web page, though.

/invite is not sufficient because if only some channels are bridged then you have no way other than trial and error to know where the command may work.
