use robots.txt

allow owners to set a password over all oauth buttons - useful for semi-private bots, which can be used externally, but only with permission

this doesn't actually prevent adding the bot to more servers, because anyone with the bot's ID can generate an invite link. but it should help a bit.

Passwords are now supported in 3b034dd6e. The setup process asks for the password and also adequately warns about the Private Bot option.

Won't create a robots.txt because, judging by my past projects, search engines indexing random people's instances leads to good SEO :)
