When the guild requires a role to access and the @everyone role has "View channels" not set, OOYE indicates that all channels are private, when Discord doesn't indicate all channels as private.

To make it act the same, OOYE's logic needs to be based purely on channel overrides and not consider what the @everyone role's base settings are.
