Admin e6c84d9b6a zune: the crate-root macro_use attrs go — rustc 1.98 phases the inner form out 
zune-core's was load-bearing (alloc macros, no_std) and becomes the outer
form on its extern crate; bmp, jpeg and qoi never used it — deleted.
