I reclaimed my @ over there, but it'll remain inactive, just to prevent the uber troll or other weirdos to take it and do weird things with it. I rather see it suspended than used by anyone else. Cope. Hard.

I've created a placeholder account under this name; Nitter does not work anymore and as a logged-out user, there is basically nothing you can do much.
As a less-privacy-intrusive thing, I use this addon called Old Twitter. (Firefox, Chrome)

First and foremost, this text may be seen from some as passive aggressive. It may is (depends who reads it, I guess. Hello, fragile egos out there.), but I'm being respectful here, not swearing or anything.

Very short version why I left Twitter

Elon Musk does weird and nonsensical changes to it; spreads (far from reality) weird¹ conspiracy² theories³. Those⁴ ones⁵ (Article), for example.

Long version why I left Twitter

• He is making the Platform worse for normal, non-paying users
• Removing features that was previously free, requires now a Twitter Blue subscription
• Twitter Blue aka „verification” fiasco itself, creating exactly this „Lords and peasants”-system, aka it is more corrupted than it was before
• The algorithm is pushing those, who are paying for the blue checkmark (Wikipedia article)
• Also the algorithm is pushing Elon Musk tweets by default (Cause he don't have enough reach by default, before these big brain changes, huh...)
• The algorithm is punishing those, if you're muting(?) or blocking them, really demote them into oblivion
• Elon Musk acts like he is not an adult
• He apparently claims he is the „smartest” person in the building, if he is in the building, which I don't see that at all
• Since the tookover, Bots, Cryptobros and NFTbros are more active than before (maybe just subjectively), which he claimed he wants to fight them on the platform, again, I don't see this
• Like the reason above, he is likely to push his „Twitter Blue”-subscription thing to „fight” bots, well, it works horribly
• The prices for the API access are just lunatic, like ????
• Elon should pay those who are actually spending their life and time being on there, instead of paying him
  (Oh, he's so broke, have some sympathy. 🥺 No, I don't, thanks. 🙄)
• Can we please all stop call Blue tick users „verified”? There is nothing about being subscribed a verification. They're subscribers of Twitter Blue. Elon is deceiving you believing being subscribed automatically means verified. No, it's not.
• Claims to be politically a „centrist”, only to push right-wing opinions and not a single left-wing opinion. (Aside from far-right and far-left, those are bad anyways... only ends up with violence.) Very centrist. Consistency! So sad!
• Is the most childish-grownup person I've ever seen... Weird.
• Self-criticism is nowhere to be found on these type of guys, especially the richest of 'em all.
• No criticism on Musk, especially from left-wingers. Getcha banned, like, immediately. „Centrist”! WITCH HUNT!
• Offend an left-winger, you're good, but if you dare to offend an right-winger, no bueno. Suspended. You're a „Centrist”. So sad! „Free Speech” nowhere to be found.
• Also he is not consistent if you should „Get verified” or „Get subscribed”. FYI.
• Also also, he is being constantly inconsistent.

I'll still deadname X Twitter, like Elon does with Vivian. Deal with it. All hail true free speech.
