the credit field is often empty, as iirc notitg doesnt even have an option to fill it in

ideally this should be done by being able to edit a chart while its uploading or after its been uploaded

oat changed title from ~~credit field shouldnt be relied on to tell who made a chart~~ to ability to edit chart

my current approach to this is this:

when you upload a file, its unlisted by default
to make it unlisted, you must edit it and fill in every required field
