[boot] added MS-DOS file extraction from diskcopy.dll
...
* diskcopy.dll contains a resource ('BINFILE') that is a 1.4MB
floppy image of a bootable MS-DOS disk (FAT12)
* we can extract these files and use them for bootable USB
