[misc] Misc. fixes

* Addresses issue #66 (insert media notification with empty card readers)
* Addresses issue #67 (devices without FriendlyName aren't listed)
* Addresses issue #68 (WinPE/AIK images don't boot)
* Also updates version to rufus-next
