b062472d98 Revert "Initial support for and_yield" 
This reverts commit e49bd0d57a.

Removing support for stubbed yield.
Attempting to yield with different a different arity or argument types causes compilation errors.
I don't see any easy fix for this.
I would rather have no yield support than broken support.
