The gitdab source code is dangled slinkies. I tried to upgrade but had a big headache. Will try again later.

We're now running 1.8.0-rc3.

Self note: cd ~/go/src/code.gitea.io/gitea, git stash, git pull, git checkout <whatever tag or branch>, git stash apply, TAGS="bindata" make generate build, sudo systemctl stop gitea, sudo cp gitea /usr/local/bin/gitea, sudo systemctl start gitea.
