Is it possible to remove the "Gift Nitro" Button in the message box? in Discord 52.4 it used to be an add image button with a camera button next to it, which makes much more sense.
In the browser I blocked it with discord.com##button[aria-label="Send a gift"] but i'm not sure how to do it in the app.

I believe it's already removed on the all the cutthecord version we published. Can you share your version and variant if it's present on it?

Oh that's strange. I added the repo to f-droid and installed "CutTheCord Themed (no mutant)" Version 56.0-cutthecord-1002

I did the same. I also tried a couple of the AMOLED themed ones and all had the nitro gift button.

53.0-cutthecord-1001 doesn't have the gift nitro button by the way. I downgraded and the button is now gone.
