Here lies dozens of unused files. This commit is ONLY file deletions except
for the removing of a couple of #includes and removing filenames from CmakeLists
where appropriate.

SChernykh dfee15eee1 RPC and ZeroMQ APIs to support p2pool 
Adds the following:

- "get_miner_data" to RPC API
- "json-miner-data" to ZeroMQ subscriber contexts

Both provide the necessary data to create a custom block template. They are used by p2pool.

Data provided:

- major fork version
- current height
- previous block id
- RandomX seed hash
- network difficulty
- median block weight
- coins mined by the network so far
- mineable mempool transactions

Remove unused variables in monero codebase 
There are quite a few variables in the code that are no longer
(or perhaps never were) in use. These were discovered by enabling
compiler warnings for unused variables and cleaning them up.

In most cases where the unused variables were the result
of a function call the call was left but the variable
assignment removed, unless it was obvious that it was
a simple getter with no side effects.

Update error messages in daemon 
When given a wrong argument, some daemon commands failed with "unknown
command" error, instead of a meaningful error message. This patch
brings consistency into the error messages.

In several places, this patch removes relatively useful messages,
and replaces them with more generic ones. E.g.,

-    std::cout << "use: print_pl [white] [gray] [<limit>] [pruned]
[publicrpc]" << std::endl;
+    std::cout << "Invalid syntax: Too many parameters. For more
details, use the help command." << std::endl;

There are two reasons for this:

1. Consistency.
2. Removing duplicates.

The detailed information about the parameters is present in
the help messages already. Having it in two places increases
the risk that the messages would get out of date.
