-According to Cheapskate's Guide[1], it's showing signs of coming
-back... slowly. To me the old internet isn't just slow dialup internet,
-it's that - and more. The terrible web design, the crazy chats
-happening on IRC servers across the globe. It was paradise, before all
-the drama, before all the toxicity, before everything we have today.

-There's a few projects that try to encapsulate the old internet,
