Fix people misreading "add unbridged room" UI #79

Currently this shows a 400 validation error and people think it's broken and ask for support.

Low-effort fix: Make the button unclickable until both sides have been selected, and update the "all matrix rooms are bridged" text to something more warningcore, like "no matrix rooms available to select".

High-effort fix: This section of the UI ought to be redesigned anyway to support the following future goals:

Bridge an existing Discord channel and Matrix room together
Bridge some Discord channels to brand new rooms on Matrix (in the future, support backfill when doing this)
- Ensure user understands that they don't need to select every channel manually; channels will be automatically bridged on demand when spoken in on Discord
Bridge some Matrix room to a brand new Discord channel (currently no functionality at all for this, probably achieveable though, needs to at least allow selecting a category to drop the channel in)

Currently people expect to just click an unbridged Discord room and make it bridged without having a destination already existing on Matrix-side.
