# Pay UI test policy

The removed `pay_workflow.rs` duplicated production helpers instead of importing
shipping code. Domain and storage behavior is tested in their respective pure
crates. UI tests added here must execute a real Makepad fixture and must not
copy parser, CSV, money, or persistence implementations into test code.
