Cargo.toml	tools: AI node and tunnel as Windows services on the AIHub GPU boxes -- tools/aihub-node-install-services.ps1, run once per box from an elevated PowerShell, installs MakepadAiNode (:8123) and MakepadTunnel (:8384). Both start at boot with nobody logged on, restart on failure, and are reachable from the local subnet only (port rules replace the old program-scoped any-address allows). The script removes the old watchdog tasks, keeps the node's cache dir and with it its identity (node-key, peer-secret) and model weights, carries over the old run-node.cmd environment, and checks the node comes back with the same node_key. It refuses to run while the node has active jobs. tools/service_host (makepad-service-host, no dependencies, raw Win32 FFI) runs each service's program from a small key=value config. It restarts the program with backoff, keeps everything in a kill-on-close job, and runs the node in the console user's session as that user when someone is logged on, because local-use admission watches that session and fails closed from session 0; otherwise it runs as LocalSystem. The tunnel runs as LocalSystem, so tunnel scripts can update services. aihub-node-update.ps1 also handles the service layout (stop/replace/start the service, same rollback). aihub-farm.md documents the services and MAKEPAD_CUDA_ROOT, which the CUDA build needs because it never probes CUDA_PATH. Checked: service host builds and runs on .203 in --console mode (env, PATH prepend, cwd, restart backoff, log); both PowerShell scripts parse on Windows PowerShell 5.1, and the launcher-env reader gives the expected settings on .203/.235; the updater's launcher path rolled builds onto .100/.203/.235.
