examples	web_pack: the static server sends COOP/COEP, and a serve example -- every response carries Cross-Origin-Opener-Policy: same-origin and Cross-Origin-Embedder-Policy: require-corp, so a threaded build (shared memory) runs from it; examples/serve serves a packed folder on localhost (--port, --lan).
