Admin d2da413e6d makepad run / Relax: token-native macro_rules, format_args temporaries, impl-header consts 
- macro_rules expansion produces tokens directly; the expand-to-text-and-relex
  path is gone (verified token-identical over the whole suite)
- SWAR lexer scans, kind-only parser peeks: cold Calculator -2.2% instructions
- format_args! keeps its argument temporaries alive in the enclosing expression
- coherence runs after the const evaluator exists: no false E0080 on consts in
  impl headers (platform's Linux IPC code checks clean)
