Admin 82567d1d81 work: PR #1329 fix-ups (native build key keeps package + flags, --silent keeps inspect, xsave needs OS state, --bins skips harness=false, Layout::repeat padding, NonNull::with_addr, u32 /= NonZero); GH #1327/#1328 relax typeck + dead_code after errors; makepad run status line no longer shows a finished tier1 step
