Admin 28172c3020 mp4_index: tracks() -- every track of an unfragmented file with its sample table in the track's own ticks (offset, size, duration, composition offset, sync), the whole stsd box, tkhd size, edit list and sample-group boxes: what a lossless join carries over. parse_trak's table walk (stts/ctts/stsz/stsc+stco/stss) is now one sample_table shared by the video index and tracks(), so there is one bounds-checked reader of those boxes (ctts v0 is read signed, as every writer means it).
