Admin 94d8a42888 relax campaign batch (verified tree 88be947e8d: Mac land set + x64 tests, diff_fast o1/base/o3, rwbench checksums every tier): makepad inspect AI-first text answers + Scope Live (binary prof stream, pf queries) + frame debugger (cap) + GPU profiler with ablation + window-ground cache, asm-vs-rustc CPU profiling suite, makepad run on Windows (Win64 runtime ABI fix, AppUserModelID identity), runner fixes + makepad.nl/runner path, arm64 codegen (sandbox_sim 1.13x, box3d 1.11x of native instr), rt_hot no longer blocks the UI thread, relaunch fix, rustc-check gate fixes
