Admin a66f7dc500 civil_time: the wall clock as text -- LocalDateTime::hms, hm, date_text (Sat 26 Sep 2026) and date_text_long (Saturday 26 September 2026), marked (UTC) when no local zone applied: what Stage's VJ clock and date text sources and its edit cards printed through a copy of this crate's localtime_r/GetLocalTime code.
