storybook: story files from outside the crate register before the app starts, and the knob engine and its page leave this tree -- stories::extend takes a slice of story modules that follow the public files in the navigator, so a storybook built on this crate adds its own pages without touching it; the knob engine (solid, shading, bakes, widgets, presets) and its Knob presets page go with it, and the approved navigator tree no longer lists them. Checked: cargo check -p makepad-app-storybook --all-targets; cargo test --release -p makepad-app-storybook --lib (147 pass, 1 ignored).
