Admin 55e8527a81 maps: the hosted world is world-20260926.mkmap, converted in place to detail contract features-v1 -- apps/route's HOSTED_CONFIG points at it (the old world-20260903 directory was renamed on the server: shards are served immutable per URL, so the rewrite needed a new name). The conversion ran 00:00-09:51 as makepad-map-repack --in-place --remote from a 16-core Mac: 488 shards, 102,809,392 tiles, 177 GB -> 152 GB on the server; live z14 tiles Amsterdam 608 -> 465 KB, Paris 1237 -> 858, Berlin 688 -> 499; old-vs-live render check 78 tiles / 984 builds, 0 mismatches, equal baked-face hits. In-place verification now runs across all cores with positional reads of the still-present original, and the in-order result window is jobs*64 instead of jobs*2 (one large q11 tile stalled every worker behind it): 3.8 -> 6.1 MB/s, output byte-identical. AGENTS.md: evaluate the main-loop performance dynamics of every change, and never add arbitrary memory/CPU/chunk limits that only surface as random failures; required bounds must degrade gracefully ...
