Account for missing and partial model files per volume, reserve headroom, and reject disk-constrained workers before accepting a job. Preserve typed admission failures so callers can choose another peer, and make activity gating and cancellation recover cleanly. Validation: 592 release hub tests passed, one ignored; required-CUDA builds deployed to six idle Windows workers. |
