These C++ sources are the oracle, not a build dependency of the Rust crate.
The Rust port must reproduce `Create` + `AddMesh` + `Generate` (default
`ChartOptions` / `PackOptions`) with `-DXA_MULTITHREADED=0 -DNDEBUG -DXA_DEBUG=0`.
