The package includes sdk_license.txt, preserved verbatim. The upstream generator repository's LICENSE.win32metadata is also preserved; it explicitly does not relicense Windows SDK artifacts.
WinRT inputs: copied from DESKTOP-1 C:\Windows\System32\WinMetadata (Windows installation). The OS-provided WinRT inputs retain their original applicable terms; sdk_license.txt is the license shipped with the Win32Metadata package, not a relicensing of those OS files.
