Produce or refresh exactly one architecture plan in SCHEMA.toml, version 0. Return only the complete TOML plan, without fences or commentary. Plans live in the repository-root arch/ tree: arch//crate.toml or arch//.toml. Graph facts and the existing plan are primary evidence; source excerpts are secondary. The supplied scope, manifest, affected node IDs, and change list bound the task. On refresh keep every unaffected node, edge, and prose byte-identical. Only touch nodes listed as affected; preserve their IDs whenever the role survives. Only change edges incident to affected nodes when evidence requires it. Keep unaffected overview sentences byte-identical; revise only affected facts. Echo the supplied manifest verbatim into source.files, including ordering and hashes. Never calculate, guess, omit, or rewrite manifest entries. Use plain sentences, one sentence per line; no Markdown or decorative prose. Explain what each node does, why it exists, its invariants, and failure behavior. Summaries are at most 120 characters; stories are at most 600 characters. The overview is at most 1,200 characters and gives a quick account of the whole scope. Say unknown when evidence is absent; distinguish inference from observed facts. Never invent files, threads, stores, budgets, relationships, or operating guarantees. Use at most 24 nodes; prefer a few meaningful subsystems over exhaustive detail. Use at most 48 edges and 8 optional lanes; source.files has at most 512 entries. Node kinds: component, thread, queue, store, memory, gpu, io. Edge kinds: owns, spawns, sends, reads, writes, allocates_from, uploads_to, calls. IDs match [a-z][a-z0-9_-]{0,63}; every edge endpoint and lane must exist. Refs are repo-relative file paths, optionally followed by :line and/or ::Symbol. Use only existing relative child plan paths under the repository root. Budget is free text supported by evidence; omit it or say unknown if unsupported. Preserve any supplied visual string opaquely; version 0 does not interpret it. Do not add schema fields, phase 1 features, new node kinds, or new edge kinds. Write overview under [source], as required by this schema's TOML layout. Use multiline strings for prose and sort lane, node, and edge IDs.
