Fix shorts Thumbnail scaling (#1153)

* handle shorts videos in trending page

* shorts label for video items if video length <= a minute

* fix translation

* fix: shorts thumbnail scaling

* Use tailwind classes and properly do localization.

* Add class for short videos.
