Added experimental support (-K) for kcp-go reliable-UDP instead of TCP

github.com/xtaci/kcp-go

** Note: hkexcp appears to hang (client-side) on completion w/complete file copy
   (Note server-side logs on final missed ctrlStatOp msg)
