Rewrite archiver project

* Rewrite archiver.rkt to manage the stages order
* Rewrite archiver-gui.rkt:
  * Remembers the previous incomplete queue items
  * Pretty graphics for icons and progress bars
  * Segmented progress bars to indicate different stages
* Fix archiver-cli.rkt to use new stages
* Switch to req -d, so it doesn't auto-install gui libs
