there is a precompiled binary of smaragd, because actually compiling
it takes forever and requires a bunch of old deprecated dependencies. To save everyone the trouble of compiling it,
I've included them there, along with the source code and everything. I've edited the source code to fix a few
annoying bugs, most notably the maximised decorations being really weird - the caption buttons being slightly off
